Welcome to MTEC Forums. Please be sure to keep these simple rules in mind while visting.
1. Respect all members and staff
2. No fighting!
3. Post regularly. Anyone not posting at least a few times a week will be deleted.
4. Please limit sigs to no more than 2 and be at least 500x300 in size. This helps pages load best for ppl who may be on a dail up connection. We all know how much dail up sucks, so please be kind enough to make the forum enjoyable for dail up users.
5. Post in the right places please! If you are not sure where something goes, ask a staff member for help.
6. If you are using someone elses sigs or avatars, please give them credit by putting their name under your sig.
7. NO HOTLINKING ON SIGS AND AVATARS! Upload them yourself on tinypic.com, imageshack.us, or photobucket to use. Hot linking is when you use the image URL hosted from the website you may get a sig from. this causes them to loose bandwidth and I don't want site admins contacting me complaining about this.
8. Advertising as of right now ia allowed in your sig with a text link, button or mini banner. This may change over time. You may now advertise your site in the correct area that has been set up on the forum. YOU NEED 10 POST TO ADVERTISE YOUR SITE!
9. Please don't spam or double post. If you need to add more to your topic or reply, use the "modify" link to edit it, instead of replying again after yourself.
As of today these are the rules for MTEC. More will be added if needed and you will be notified of any changes.
